2016 FAMILY SYMPOSIUM:
MOBILIZING A NATIONAL FAMILY LEADERSHIP NETWORK

The 2016 Family Symposium, MOBILIZING A NATIONAL FAMILY LEADERSHIP NETWORK: improving outcomes in education and services for individuals who are deafblind was held July 15-18 in Austin, TX, and it was an incredible success. Parents of children who are deafblind and deafblind adults attended informative presentations, participated in leadership activities and created Action Plans for the coming year.  Representatives from many partner agencies also attended.
